Yeah, I have been stopped doing “this” for close to one year. Yesterday midnight, suddenly feel like going to do “this” again, then sms my old colleague, she then encouraged me to do “this”. Cool, after got the address from her, today two “uncles” rushed to the YOGA center – yeah, a place where I have been missing out in action since I left my ex-employer.

Asthanga yoga was the first class since I last parted with my favourite exercise. Well, I feel that my bones are broken after the 2 hours class. lol. Must be a sweet dream tonight. 😉
